These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile games, applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Gambit Technologies ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

  • If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:

  • Download, install, and use our mobile games for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Access in-game content subject to compliance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Services.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Use our Services for commercial or unlawful purposes.

3. In-App Purchases and Payments

  • Our Services may include in-app purchases (virtual items, upgrades, subscriptions, etc.).
  • Payments are processed through Google Play, Apple App Store, Amazon Appstore, or other authorized platforms.
  • We do not process or store payment card details.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or the app store's refund policy.

4. Virtual Items

  • Virtual items (coins, gems, lives, power-ups, etc.) have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged outside the game.
  • You only receive a limited, revocable license to use them within the game.
  • Gambit Technologies reserves the right to manage, modify, or remove virtual items at any time.

5. User Accounts

  • Some Services may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

6. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Engage in cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party tools.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
  • Upload or share offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers, data, or accounts.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent banning of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, graphics, music, and trademarks in our Services are owned by Gambit Technologies or licensed to us.
  • You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities.
  • For technical, security, or operational reasons.

Upon termination, your license to use our Services will immediately end.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
  • Gameplay or content will meet your expectations.
  • Any defects will be corrected immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Gambit Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or use).
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Services in the last 6 months.

11. Third-Party Services

  • Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, ads, or tools (e.g., Google, Apple, Amazon, Facebook, Unity Ads).
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.
  • Use of such services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts located in Pakistan, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted in the app or on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
